Good Morning

Called the hospital room and there was no answer. I'll try later. She is most likely out for tests.
Dove is off to school this morning with better health. I had synvisk shots in both knees yesterday so most likely I will be sitting here or in the other room.
I'll check on your comments during the day and pass them on when I can get through to her.

Thanks for your prayers

Everyone my Daughter is really having mercy with this. If we could get the retching to stop though it would really be sweet. Having her suffer so is tough. However no vomiting or diarrhea bless God.
I cant get much down her but she show little sign of dehydration. All in all for what it is...well I'll just say that your prayers are precious. Thank you, Donetta

I'll try to call Denise if my Dove falls asleep. Would appreciate your prayers for me too. I had mild hypothermia of all things this morning from sleeping on the floor. I was on an air mattress. My c-pap and the cold must of done it. My temperature was 94* weirdest thing! goodness!

I know Denise is so very grateful for all you loving kindness.

Good Morning
I just spoke with Denise.
She is with very bad kidney , urinary tract and bowel infection
She has had no solid foods and lost too much weight. this is the main prayer for her now is solids stay down. She is also too 'good' a patient. Got to get her to speak up more :)

Folks I gotta run. My 13 year old special needs daughter was in the ER with flu last night.
She needs me right now.
Would love your prayers for her too.

This is Donetta from 'A Life Uncommon'

I just got off the phone with Denise (shorty bear). She is in Hospital in her town.
Eddie (her husband) called me earlier today. At her request he asked for me to get on here. The request is for prayer. A shout out for her was delayed until this evening I had some issue of getting into the blog.

I just spoke with her personally and I will tell you she is in a real hard way. They had given more medications for pain so we only spoke briefly. I read to her the comments that were left here today. She wanted to hear each and every one. They built her up as she readied to sleep as the medication was kicking in. I will do that for you and for her on the marrow as well.

She is in for a type of colitis, kidney infection and urinary infection. They are making great effort to get the blood sugar levels in control as well. Her back is causing agony.

She is very ill. 

She asked for your prayers.

I will try to relay messages back and forth as I speak with her over land line.

She said that

Bills, bills, and more bills. More bills, less money=big problem!! Stress, worry, major headaches. Constantly feeling bad, which leads to more stress. Hold up, slow down, wait a minute. What are we doing people?? There is no need for this endless cycle of craziness. We know the peace speaker, we know Him by name, Father God. He takes care of the precious baby birds, and He loves us way more than them. His timing is always right on time, so why are we wasting our time, with filling it up with worry? When He says, be at peace, be still, do not worry, listen to Him. Get yourself out of the way, and He will begin to remove your anxiety.

Happy Valentine's Day to my favorite Valentine, my Father God. You are the very heart of me, it beats only because of You. I thank You for creating me, and loving me. Knowing that Your precious hands formed my heart, and gently placed it within my chest, amazes me.Thank You for always loving me, just as I am. Happy Sonday  sweet friends, praying you all enjoyed your day. The weather here in Tennessee today has been beautiful, sun shining brightly, nice temperatures, in the 60's. Soaked it up, and very much enjoyed it. I hope you choose to soak up the Son daily, and enjoy time with Him. He is more than worthy of our love, devotion, and time. Start spending more time with Him, enter your prayer closet, and let the fellowship with Him begin. I promise you, it will greatly improve your daily life my friends. I am here, praying for you all, and loving you. I have a prayer need, and would very much appreciate your prayers. I am having some major pain with my back, it hurts so badly. The pain goes from the middle of my back, into the right side of my back, and around into my upper abdomen. I have no clue what is causing it, but it hurts so much, that it makes me cry. I was born with a birth defect concerning my appendix, instead of being where it is suppose to normally be, it is in my back. Does anyone know, where I would be hurting if it were my appendix? Take care my friends, and be happy.

Our Valentine's Date

Ahhhhhhhhh, love is so beautiful. My date tonight with my lovebug was beyond awesome. First, he left today for a little while, when he came back, he had bought me a lovely red shirt, and two necklaces to wear with it. So, I immediately put my outfit on, and got ready for our date. When he saw me, he kept telling me how beautiful I looked. My heart was smiling really big at this point, and believe me, he looked very handsome(what a hunk!!) We left, and went to dinner at our favorite restaurant, Golden Corral. We enjoyed a wonderful meal, and great conversation. I never grow tired of talking to my lovebug, and listening to the sound of his voice. After our dinner, we went to Target, lovebug bought me a gift set of perfume , and a cute pair of jeans. Then, we made a trip to Dunking Donuts, yummy!! We left there, and came home. But, our date was far from over. Lovebug put candles all around our living room, and scattered a box of rose petals that he had bought at Walmart all over the living room floor. He turned some music on, and asked me if I would dance with him. We slowed danced all over the room, in my eyes, and heart, we were the only two people in the entire world. After our dance time, we enjoyed a delicious dessert of donuts. We snuggled in each other's arms on our couch, ending a beautiful date. I am truly a blessed woman, lovebug, you are, and will always be, my forever valentine.

Weekend News

Hello to all of my sweet friends. Praying you are all doing well. How was your week? Hope it went well, and that you had many reasons to smile. My week went really well, was not sick. That was a true blessing from God. Lovebug invited me out on a date tomorrow night for Valentine's Day. Woo Hoo, looking very forward to that. Guess what?? Lovebug and I have been married for almost 26 years, in all that time, I have never owned a washer or dryer. I have always had to go to the Laundromat to wash our clothes. That can be so expensive, boring, and in my case, not easy since I get sick alot. Well, my dad surprised me, and was a true answer to prayer this week. His dryer tore up, so he went and bought a brand new washer and dryer this week. He gave me his old washer, which is barely two years old, and bought me a new dryer. I am dancing for joy, and washing clothes like a crazy woman, lol Anybody need some clothes washed??? I am more than willing to wash them, woo hoo!!! Have a beautiful weekend, much love to you all.

Thankful Thursday

Welcome to another Thankful Thursday my friends. It seems like forever since I have posted a Thankful Thursday, I have really missed doing them. What are you thankful for this week? As for me, I am feeling very thankful for love. Love is definitely in the air here at my home. Valentine's Day is just around the corner, woo hoo. My lovebug, got down on one knee Saturday, and he asked me if I would be his forever valentine. Of course, I immediately said yes!! Then, I got down on one knee, and asked him if he would be my forever valentine. He blessed me, by saying he would be greatly honored to be my forever valentine. Lovebug then asked me if I would go out on a valentine date with him this Saturday(February 12), I said I would love to. All I know, is we are going to dinner, the rest lovebug is keeping a big secret. Ahhhhhhhhhh,  I cannot wait. Love is such a beautiful, precious gift. I thank God for His love each and everyday. Without it, there would be no love, God is love. I am truly blessed, I have the two best valentine's ever. My Father God, and my dear lovebug.

This is such a me generation, tending to be very selfish, not selfless. No one seems to take the time to be patient, or to show any self control. We need to all slow down, take some deep, refreshing breaths, and let God. That's right, let God. Allow God to take total control of our life's, let Him lead us. I truly want to run my life at His steady, faithful pace, never getting off track. I do not want to get ahead of Him, I love walking with Him. I am prepared for the journey, no matter how long it may take Father.

Marriage Monday- My Testimony

Today on Marriage Monday, we are sharing our testimony. As most of you already know, I was an attempted abortion. So, at the beginning of my life, I was not wanted. That set my life on course for feelings of low self worth, and very much self hatred. All I wanted my entire life, was someone to truly love me, and care about me. Unfortunately, I was looking in all the wrong places, and only found abusive relationships. I was sexually abused by my stepfather, then kicked out by my mom who believed him, and not me. I was only 16 at the time, was forced to quit school, get a job, and live with neighbors. Needless to say, life only continued to get worse. But, at the age of 21, I met a wonderful man named Eddie(my lovebug), who very quickly became the love of my life. We were married on April 6th 1985, and will soon celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We started going to church in June 1989, I was saved on July 2nd 1989. Praise God, on that morning, I found the love I had been searching for my entire life. My Saviour had been with me from the very beginning of my life, He saved me from being an abortion. He continues to be with me daily, watching over me, and keeping me safe. Without Him, I would be totally lost, but with Him, I am victorious. Thank You Father. I am eternally grateful.
