Love you my friend and love seeing your beautiful face and hearing your sweet voice. I am so touched by your videos...such words of wisdom from your heart for all of us.
Denise, my sister, I am so glad to see your beautiful face and hear your loving voice. It's good to see you here. I had not realized you were posting again. I'll be back later to catch up. Love you sis. Blessings and hugs.
You have a nice singing voice! :) I enjoyed these last two videos. I like your little hat, too! :) I will be celebrating the big FOUR-O this year, and I'm excited about it and a bit nervous! My grandmother lived to be 100 years young, and she probably could've lived for many years more but one day she woke up and decided that it was time to go. She went out to her garden, (her favorite place), laid down and went to sleep forever. She met her goal of living to be 100 and was at peace. Such a lovely woman, strong and full of joy, and as healthy as she could be, that's why we knew that she chose her time to leave! Hers is the most beautiful death I've ever heard of. I pray that I leave a legacy, I'm still working on that right now. I know God is just getting started with me! You are a blessing, and God is just getting started with you too! I can tell you are full of encouragement and love for people. That will keep you motivated and keep you going! God bless!
you have a beautiful singing voice, denise. you should sing more and let us hear them!
i am on my late 30s but people always thought i'm in my early 20s. some even thought i'm a teenager especially when i'm wearing t-shirt and shorts. can you believe that?!
but whatever age we are in, i believe that we have to take good care of the body God gave us. i am scared of needles so i don't know if i'd ever have any surgery except when giving birth. my pain tolerance is very low.
i love creams and lotions. i loved them since i was 8 years old. i remember putting baby lotion as my mom instructed me to do at a very young age. and since then i never stopped using lotions and creams. i got so used to it already.
oh, i love talking about skin care a lot. i can just write and write and write about it. hehe...
Ahhhh baby Denise... These videos are so precious and loved by me. I sing right along and talk to you, do you hear me?
Wait until you see what happens to you in your 50s! (lol) Each aging part is difficult for me to look at myself, so I don't. I had to take a photo for my Mexican passport (FM3) and they want the bare necessities, no earring, glasses, etc. hair behind ears... I looked so ugly and old (oh my)and stuff has changed more than I thought. So this as usual is a REAL honest blessing! Those of us who have passed beyond your age know so well, that this is the way of life. I love the responses so far! God is so good!
I just stay away from mirrors and I guess photos too! Wrinkles and skin stuff (age marks my dr. says) oh well... I see great improvement since your message back on 1/12 and I'm so glad the Father is getting through to you instead of the ones from here (including well meaning family). The more weight you loose, the more you'll sag. Muscles just don't seem to spring back or bones move as they once did, but I'm alive and my spirit is rejoicing with yours! I'm keeping that one in shape.
Oh well..for this old body, it's temporary and God is eternal! He is more than sufficient and faithful, He is everlasting and my Restorer, My Deliverer, My King!
No more hair coloring since 50s, I've accepted I am what I am. Just hard to see and live with the changes. Nobody tells you this stuff.
On another note, I love your beautifully knitted hat but without it is just fine too...you shine both ways, but today that sweet hat looks so huggie and warm to me.
LOVE YOU and I'm so thankful for seeing you and hearing you, for your "mahwah" holy kiss and love, your encouragement and positive faith attitude...You're the best! BIG(((HUGS)))peace, and JOY, Peggy (OK I cut it a bit...found the trash can...I needed to be signed in)
Hey Denise... Looking for a SONday faith vlog!!! And I just want to let you know I LOVE YOU and your videos are having the wrong affect on me; for example...health, I'm now sick but getting better, nothing serious (I hope); weight (that's relative and in God's hands already); growing older...can't stop it but listening to these videos put this idea in my head to use the boxes of hair color in my closest that I had put away and given up on...now my hair is a reddish brown (not golden at all) with grey streaks...oh my. What do I do about the flab and the age marks, skin tags and wrinkles? I do not think I can undo those...so I guess I just have to accept me... no spirit of rejection here (lol)! See today's SS song and post!(I think you did)...now that's age too! God keep my mind on you!
