Weekend News

Hello to all of my sweet friends. Praying you are all doing well. How was your week? Hope it went well, and that you had many reasons to smile. My week went really well, was not sick. That was a true blessing from God. Lovebug invited me out on a date tomorrow night for Valentine's Day. Woo Hoo, looking very forward to that. Guess what?? Lovebug and I have been married for almost 26 years, in all that time, I have never owned a washer or dryer. I have always had to go to the Laundromat to wash our clothes. That can be so expensive, boring, and in my case, not easy since I get sick alot. Well, my dad surprised me, and was a true answer to prayer this week. His dryer tore up, so he went and bought a brand new washer and dryer this week. He gave me his old washer, which is barely two years old, and bought me a new dryer. I am dancing for joy, and washing clothes like a crazy woman, lol Anybody need some clothes washed??? I am more than willing to wash them, woo hoo!!! Have a beautiful weekend, much love to you all.

Glad you've had a great week! Woo hoo for the washer and dryer!!! I've BTDT with the laundro mat...I kinda have some fond memories of going with hubby and our little baby girl. It was right next to a little barbecue stand so we'd eat really good while our clothes got cleaned, and I remember the air smelled of meat and detergent and dryer sheets. But it is NICE to have access to a washer and dryer!!! Congrats! God bless and have a great weekend!

Great news, Denise! A washer and dryer is a wonderful blessing - something I tend to take for granted, until one of them goes out.

Have a wonderful date night with your sweetie. I'm thankful you are feeling better.

I'm thrilled to hear you have a washer and dryer. For those who've never had to use a laundromat for any period of time, it's hard to imagine how inconvenient it is, and how great it is to have a washer and dryer!

Hope you have a wonderful Valentine's Day weekend, Denise. Glad to hear you had a better week.

Ohhh hallelujah, sweet blessings Denise and praise and thanks for this WOO HOO! Sending my laundry!!!

Naw... but you did encourage me to rent one and get my clothes on the line at this same weekend. But from what I just read shortly ago, you must have overdone yourself! You are so like me... don't get enough water and rest! Now please take care of yourself. I sent an ecard so you knew I was praying and concerned since Tues. as I was aching, I laid and prayed for you!
Now I'm better and you're in the hospital, so I'm still proclaiming less pain and God's gain! Get well, laundry girl... and we'll see you healed in Jesus' Name soon!

Thanks for letting us know! (I still have about 3 more of your posts to catch up on) and 15 others. Little by little. Ohhh, I gotta go get some water, I'm drying out and that will make me start to ache again.

I love YOU Denise! Sending a WOO HOO HUG, Dance and get well prayers to Our Heavenly Father! Thank God for Lovebug, surprises from good ole dad and YOU! (and also Donetta for letting us know)!

Thinking of you constantly! May God take that pain away now IJN and make you well, give you strength and hold you two Lovebugs!!!

Peace, love and JOY,
Peggy
