Health Update

Hey everybody, sorry I have been missing. Been a busy little bee, bzz bzz! I feel like I live at the Doctors office, lucky me, lol. Here is an update on my health. I saw my cardiologist last Monday, and got some bad news. I had to do a halter monitor 24 hour test. It showed a problem with my breathing.Hey everybody, sorry I have been missing. Been a busy little bee, bzz bzz! I feel like I live at the Doctors office, lucky me, lol. Here is an update on my health. I saw my cardiologist last Monday, and got some bad news. I had to do a halter monitor 24 hour test. It showed a problem with my breathing. I am not getting enough air in. I am now on two inhalers. I go back to see him on May 20th for testing ,to find out what is causing this problem. I also saw my therapist last week. She is a very nice lady. I think talking to her will help me. I finally am on some medicine that helps me sleep like a baby. I saw my endocrinologist yesterday, I have lost 40 pounds, ,I weigh 116 now. M y blood sugars are crazy again. He changed the way I take my insulin. I have a very specific prayer request. My left big toe has a pre-ulcer on it. It is black in the middle, which means there is blood in it. It keeps coming back. If it becomes a full blown ulcer, I could lose my toe. I am not worried, my true Physician is on the job, as usual. If I were to lose my toe, I would be ok. It is just a toe, praise God, I have my life. You know me, I have to be different. lol I would still be doing my shortybear dance!!

Dear Denise! It's been a while since the last time you wrote a blogpost or maybe I was the one who was absent. Anyway, I am praying for you. You are still a woman of faith.

Oh precious sister Denise ... what more??? So toe, we take the authority of Jesus and claim complete healing of this woman from head to toe. Continue giving her all the medical care she needs with wisdom and so much grace! Denise needs to tiptoe through many more gardens and dances with you, Coco and the rest of us. I love you beyond measures too and was so delighted to see your sweet comment of love. Thank you so much for squeezing this update in with a special visit to me letting me know you are still persevering in this life! God is good! We need miracles and I am believing in one for you!

Love you so much,
Peggy

Dear dear Denise,

What a blessing it was to me last evening to check my blog and find your "love you" tucked in among the comments that were left.

I am so sorry that you've had so much to go through, my friend. You are quite a testimony for the Lord. I kept up with how you were doing through Marsha on Facebook, but then about two months ago (maybe a little longer) I went off Facebook and the last time I checked your blog there was still nothing up yet.

I have continued to pray for you. Thank you for stopping by, Denise.

I love and miss you my sweetest and dearest of friends. Please know I'm praying for you. I will come down as soon as I can. I've had bronchitis for the past 7 weeks, all my kids and grandkids here (you knew that), then we kept 4 of the grandkids for a week, then we went to PA to see my Mom for a week...all of this while still doctoring the bronchitis. But, my ills are nothing compared to what you're going through. I'll be praying for your toe. Love, hugs, and many prayers.

Denise, I have tried leaving a comment previously, but only now have been able to do so successfully. I am beyond happy to hear your voice in Blog Land again! What a difficult journey you have been on - but I'm so glad that you're giving yourself the gift of God's forgiveness and grace. Depression can drive us to some very dark places. I'm just glad that God saved you!

Hope you're doing better all the time. Know that you've been missed, and are greatly loved!

GOD BLESS!

Blessings Denise, I was sure I had commented here about you being busy like a "B" ... beautiful one! What happened to letting you be online more?
Anyways, I came over because I'm praying for you and you are in my heart and thoughts. Heard this song by Amy Grant, and wanted to share it with you:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=209&v=OfGvXfe9LK8
But DO try to get well or better. You have been through so many heakth battles, I have been praying for your toe and wisdom for you and your medical team of care. Knowing God provides the best care and waiting for a miracle again for you, Denise!
Love you so much! ~ Peggy
