Project Me

Well, today, I am beginning project me. Mind, body, spirit. The winds of change are blowing my direction. I will do a project me post twice a week, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I will not be starting the diet and exercise, until after I see my diabetes Doctor on February 5th, she is going to help me with a healthy meal and exercise plan. I am doing this, because I feel like every since I had my strokes, I having been moving backwards. Totally stuck in a rut. A huge, worthless blob, rotting away. Watch out world, shortybear is about to break free from all chains that have been holding her prisoner. Feel free to follow along on my journey to me.

Good for you Denise! I think we need to think of this life as an extention of eternity! If you are in Christ, it is! Who you are inside yourself is who you are preparing for eternity...that is why FAITH is so important! Look at yourself as Christ does...and he does care about our earthly bodies because they are His bodies here on earth~ ♥
