Five Minute Friday-Dive

Recently, I feel as if my heart is continuously diving into my chest, from high up in the sky. I know that sounds really crazy, believe me, it feels crazy too. Having a heart attack the day after Christmas, and basically, feeling a little worse, everyday since then, is quite an adventure. Sitting in my favorite chair(my big blue recliner) trying to chill out, when all of a sudden, boom!! Chest begins to tighten up, and hurt. Feeling like a huge elephant has just plopped his big booty down in the middle of my chest. Another chest dive, whoosh!!  Well, I can sit here, and complain, or sit here, and cry. Guess what?? I am choosing to do neither one of those things.  Instead, I am going to be patient, and wait for the pain to end, in God's time, not mine. Maybe, I will get lucky, and get to skydive out of a huge plane, and land in the ocean in Hawaii. Where, I will then, swim with the dolphins. Woo!! Hoo!! Hey, I can dream can't I??

Amen, sistah! It is good to dream. Real good. It is also good to laugh and relax as best you can. I know I haven't got the same health problems and health problems are overwhelming to most of us. It teaches us to wait, that is for sure. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Hugs too. xx

Amen!

Your chest pain sounds just as annoying as my digestive issues. I am growing tired of my stomach "blowing up like a balloon" every hour on the hour. But like you said, we must wait to His healing in His time frame, which sometimes, gets hard to do.

BTW, I've been praying for you.

I can't imagine the feeling sis...I got a little worried years ago when my oldest bro. came to visit and always made a big pot of coffee. I ended up drinking more than the usual and one morning, I felt like my heart was gonna' come out of my chest from too much caffeine. But that was without pain. If it scared me, I can't imagine the feeling from a heart attack. One thing I love about you, your faith keeps on increasing despite these trials you are going through. I love when I see you post something or just come by to visit. Then, I know, God is with you. Strengthening you. Always there with you. I wish I can help you in any way. Oh yeah. I can. By His grace, I am always lifting you up in prayers. Take care sister and may that chest pain go away and complete healing be upon you. Nothing. Can separate you from His love. Love you in Christ.

I've had a heart condition my entire life. I totally understand what you are describing. I hope the cardiologist is looking after you. Are you on any heart medication and put on a heart healthy diet? I hope you get everything sorted out... soon!

Can I go to Hawaii with you?

Heavenly Father, I ask in the name of Jesus, that You would heal my sister, Denise. I bind every thing that the enemy is throwing at her, in the name of Jesus. I thank You, now Abba Father, for helping Denise.

Of course you can dream, Ms Denise and I like your attitude on pain but have you seen a doctor to help remedy the problem?

Sharon said...

Oh Denise - so sorry. Is there any news from the doctor yet?

In the meantime, just close those eyes of yours and pretend that that blue recliner is the big old ocean - and yes, swim with the dolphins!!

GOD BLESS!

Swim with those dolphins Denise, dream big and continue to see HEALING!
But no DIVING, OK?

Blessings and praying in accord with the ones who prayed for you above ...

Thank You Father, for the prayers asking for a blanket of Your Presence over Denise and especially commanding the evil one to flee and take his torment of poor health off of Denise in Jesus' Name! We bind you enemy and tell you to go and we release the power of healing over this daughter of the King in Jesus' precious name. He is stringer in Denise and you are defeated in her.
Leave! Come Holy Spirit and touch Denise and bring relief, and peace!
We give all of this to You, and cast it all to You!

Wow. That's hard to swallow - a heart attack - at Christmastime to boot. I am so sorry to hear that.

One thing for sure - you have kept a right spirit and have a great outlook.

Dreams are always in order. "They come true when you least expect them to."

Blessings ~ Debra
