My Date

Well, my date night was totally awesome. If you have not seen the new movie Fireproof yet, please make plans to see it soon. It will touch your heart, me and my lovebug, both shed tears during this movie. It really makes you realize how precious your marriage is, and how much you love each other. It makes you want to make a new commitment to your spouse, to make your marriage your top priority. Lovebug and I are going to buy the marriage kit that goes along with the movie from Lifeway, and commit to this study. We want our marriage to bloom, not wilt. After the movie, we went to eat at Steak&Shake. The food was yummy, but the conversation was the best. We had such a nice time, just being together. Thank You Lord for my marriage, and for my dear lovebug.

Hopefully hubby and I will get to go one of these weeks. There just aren't any movie theaters out here in the woods. It's nearly an hour for us to go to the movies.

I just loved that movie. I wish my studly would/could go but he doesn't do movie theaters since he got chair-bound -- I'll be the first in line to buy it on DVD! I'm doing The Love Dare book and it is really very enlightening about the ways we think and feel and behave with regard to our spouses.

I'm so glad you had a great night with your lovebug; I'm even more glad you've got a great marriage!

Oh Denise,

I am so hoping my unbelieving spouse will take me to this movie. Pray he does. Thanks for the great review and a peak into your "date night." Hugs~
