Well, today was the beginning of the ten week exercise commitment challenge. I am so grateful to Beth for hosting this, I need to be accountable. I am committing to walking thirty minutes six days a week, I will be walking on my treadmill. I am praying that by the time I go back to see my heart doctor on march 19, that I will have lost some weight. In 2005, I weighed 250 pounds, then my momma passed away in april of 2006, I started losing weight. I am now weighing 187, so I have quite a bit more to lose. The doctor said my treadmill would be fine for my heart, as long as I take it easy. I am excited about this, I am smiling really big. I love you all my friends.
