Memory Verse Monday

The scripture I chose to memorize last week was Mark 8:23-25: So He took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town. And when He had spit on his eyes, and put His hands on him, He asked him if he saw anything. And he looked up and said, "I see men like trees, walking." Then He put His hands on his eyes again, and made him look up. And he was restored and saw everyone clearly. This verse is very dear to my heart, and I have really been clinging tightly to it all week. God is really showing me what true vision is, and I praise Him for that. This week, I am choosing to memorize Psalm 16:7&8- 7 I will bless the LORD who has given me counsel; My heart also instructs me in the night seasons. 8 I have set the LORD always before me; Because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

Thank you for taking part again Denise. Ever since you mentioned your battle with eye vision you've been in my thoughts. Reading around in blogworld, your name is associated with much blessing and uplifting. You have been a real encouragement on this network. May God encourage you today.

"I shall not be moved"
Feet dug in, raising the sword of the Spirit-we knock him off his feet.
Keep standing girl-with Him at your back you will be a light in a world that needs the love that is in you.
