Fit 4 Life Fridays


Hello everyone, time to update you on my weight loss progress. Well, I managed to lose 2 pounds this week. So, 189-2=187 I walked 45 minutes everyday this week, and I exercised with my toning bands. I am following my diet, really enjoying the food. I plan to increase my walking this week by 15 minutes, so I will be walking an hour each day. I am going to win this weight loss war, woo hoo!!

wow! an hour a day of walking...I know that is having some great effects on your weight loss and your health in general. Good luck this coming week with the exercise increase.
