Week Three Weigh In

Hello everyone, it is that time again. As I slowly tried to sneak up on my scale this morning, it woke up and loudly said, no weight gained, no weight lost!! So, I am still weighing in at 189. But, I am happy, because I am not gaining. Good luck to everyone this week.

I will take no weight gained any times! It is so much better than a gain. Keep up with your hard work my friend!

Yes, consider this a success ... as long as I'm not gaining, I am usually happy. If you are exercising or drinking more water, this could be a factor too as your muscles will hold more water when they are being worked out!

That is good news :) I hope that this week will be a success for you as well.
Be blessed today and always.

I, too, have been encouraged by no change on the scale. Sometimes status quo is the way to go!

Denise,

Thanks for the encouragement. I definitely have been in your position before and I know it is frustrating not to have any change, way to keep a positive attitude. I am sure in no time you'll start seeing the weight come off.

Way to keep a positive attitude! I know in the past when I've dieted and not lost or gained either I would get really discouraged! I think one of the best defenses for weight loss is having and keeping a positive attitude! Keep it up!

I agree with everyone - maintaining is as good as losing. :)

No gain is good! It was hard on a lot of us with the holiday. Holidays always mean FOOD! :-D

Also, I am sorry to hear about your momma but joyful with you that she is with Jesus!
