Wednesday Hodgepodge

1. What's something that has recently 'tried your patience'? My journey to getting healthier in everyway. There are roadblocks everywhere I look, the saddest thing is, they are being put there by my husband.

 2. Do you think patience comes to us naturally, or is it something you have to learn, as you grow? On a scale of 1-10 generally how patient are you (1=I blow up at the drop of a hat and 10= I've got all the time in the world). I think you learn as you grow. I would say, I am very close to a 10, when it comes to patience.

 3. Share about a time when you felt like you could fly. Or a time you wished you could fly. Or a time you felt like you were flying. I had a beautiful dream once about flying to heaven, would love to be able to fly.

 4. Your favorite song with the word fly in the title or lyrics, or your favorite song that relates to flying in some way? Snowbird by Anne Murray

 5. What's in your fall picnic basket, and where are we picnicking in your neck of the woods, this time of year? In my fall picnic basket is a variety of cheeses and fruits, with assorted crackers. Pumpkin shortbread, and apple cider. Fall Creek falls is where we will picnic.

6. Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping....which skill would you most like to possess, and how would you put that skill to use today? Landscaping, love the outdoors, and gardens If I had my own yard, would love to have a prayer garden.

7. What's something you think is too expensive, to justify buying lately? Windows 10, I still have windows 7 on my laptop, lol

8. Insert your own random thought here Hope you enjoy this.   https://youtu.be/pq9bHd58-LA

Loved getting to know you better!
I definitely am not a ten when it comes to patience.
BTW...Windows 10 upgrade is free right now.

I love these get to know you posts. I feel as I've gotten older I'm more of a 8, I've come along way!!

From what I've heard you don't want Windows 10. The upgrades are always the worst until you get used to them, and then they upgrade again.

I have an online friend named Jennifer Hand, she blogs at www.comingaliveministries.com, she also lives in Chattanooga. She radiates joy like no one I've ever seen before. I've got to figure out a way for you two to meet!!

I love the song, Snowbird by Anne Murray. She was always one of my favorites. I was told one time that I looked and sang like her. Oh the greatest compliment in the world to me even though of course, I didn't see it. I did love to sing her songs because I have an alto voice and could always sing along with her.

I just dropped in to check on You,making sure everything is OK.Maybe I'll try answering a question or two......My patience has grown enormously in the last several Years.I would say I'm about a 7. When I'm exhausted I have trouble with patience and get irritable.Flying,I think about flying once in awhile and I hope We all get to fly in Heaven. Love Denise

Lovely song. Sending you a warm hug and much love. Right now I am finding that noise tries my patience. I am a HSP (highly sensitive person) and don't have much liking or tolerance of noise. I struggle with this all the time and do my best to be patient but it is difficult.

Wow those falls are gorgeous! We hiked to some falls today, tried to anyway. A bridge was down so we couldn't get nearly close enough. The foilage was beautiful though.

So sorry your husband isn't making your journey easier for you. ((Hugs)) Sounds like a yummy picnic basket. A prayer garden would be lovely. Has your computer offered you Windows 10 for free? It would be in your right hand corner on your computer, a white 4 square image.
