1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
1 package (about 12 ounces) tortilla chips
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)

How to Make It
- 1 Spread the cream cheese in a 9-inch microwaveable pie plate. Sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese.
- 2 Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until the Cheddar cheese is melted. Top with the salsa. Serve with the tortilla chips.

nice hodgepodges....I'm sorry your September was filled with so many doctors. Hopefully October will be a little less like that. Your recipe sound wonderful.

Love this, Denise! Great post. And I love October! (no, not just because it is my birth month - Oct. 27th), but because I love the root vegetables, the cooler temperatures, the changing colour of leaves. :)
