Soulfood Friday

I started walking at one of the local parks here in Chattanooga this week. The name of the park is Heritage Park, it is very lovely, and peaceful there. There is a two mile walking track, which is perfect for me. There is also a walking area there for dogs, so Coco can go with me. So much is going on in my life right now, physically. It is so awesome to be able to go to the park, walk, pray, and soak up a heavy dose of Gods beauty.

What a beautiful place to pause and reflect. I've got to visit some of the falls and parks around here. There are several just down the road a bit. I'm glad you got away to enjoy the day!

You have certainly found yourself a lovely place for a walk with the Lord. I always enjoy walking near water. We live next to a creek, so my daily walks, should they be close to home are always near our creek. In the winter time you can really feel the cold coming off the creek, makes your cheeks rosy, I LOVE that. :-)
Our area has many beautiful walking/bike paths that I often times take my walks on, and just like yourself, I enjoy my quiet peaceful time with the Lord.

You are blessed to have coco go along with you.

Enjoy your weekend in whatever you find yourself doing.

Much love~ Debbie
