Thursday News

Hello my friends, hope your
week is going well. Well, I do not have a Doctor right now that is treating my diabetes, or thyroid disease. Actually, have not had one treating these two problems, for several weeks. Why not?? The Doctor that has been treating those problems, well, we do not see eye to eye. She never listens to anything I have to say, and rushes me through the appointment. So, I decided to find a new Doctor. I asked her to please give me a referral to him, his name is David Huffman. He is a diabetes, and thyroid specialist. He use to be my sister's Doctor, until he moved out of Chattanooga. She absolutely loved him, he took very good care of her. I am so glad he moved back to Chattanooga. The only problem?? He cannot see me until October 15. Please pray that my diabetes will be ok until then. Thanks, love you all.

~Praying~
I just found out yesterday that my primary care doc just retired...I did not recieve a letter or any warning he was leaving...I found out at the hospital when I got blood work!
I am actually relieved to be getting a new doctor, as I feel he should have paid more attention to the symptoms that I had last summer when I first went to him...He did not even do a thorough checkup...That could have helped catch the cancer earlier and I could have avoided chemo!
But, as my Mama used to say: "All's well that ends well!"
Love you~ God bless~ Lisa

I hope he can help you. My sugar has come down over 100 points this week with the addition of a new medicine.

I shared my win on the blog today.

Denise, keeping you in my prayers. Doctors who don't take the time to listen and find out what is going on are not good! Sending you a warm hug and much love.

Hoping all goes well and that maybe somehow they'll be able to take you sooner.

That's a long time to wait. I have lost two of my doctors. :( Healthcare is not so good these days. Praying the Lord will heal you, sweet Denise.
