Five Minute Friday-Release

Please release me, let me go. I remember my mama singing that song when I was a little girl.  Well, recently, I feel like singing it, but, changing the words a little bit. Please release me sickness, let me go. I am so tired, physically, mentally, emotionally. Every time I go to see one of my many Doctor's, I am given bad news. But, when I consider the alternative, I just smile, grab my umbrella, and dance my way through another day. Alternative?? Pushing up daisies, no thank you. It is not over, till it is over. I live on God's timetable, not man's.  So, whether I ever get released from sickness, or not, I will continue to dance. Woo Hoo!!

In amongst all of this sad news you are pushing through with such a wonderful attitude. I really admire that Denise. It encourages me to push through even harder when I receive news that is not good.

Blessings hon,

Amen Denise. I join with you in asking for release. Until it comes I will dance with you in the rain. Here is a story that speaks how an older gentleman learned to dance.

Love the grabbing your umbrella, make the best out of the worst because really we are only given this one life and God only gives the what he knows we can handle. Sometimes we just all wish he didn't trust us so much.
