With my knee not cooperating lately, it's even harder for me to start to exercise. But what worked for me and still does is when I cut my calorie intake. I'm not talking about dieting or depriving myself. I still eat sweets. But in moderation and smaller portions. More on healthier grains and lesser fat. I pray you will find what will suit you best sis. I'm just happy that you are being strong in Him. Love and blessings to you this Friday morn. Wow...Friday again...So fast!

Hi Denise! If I knew the best way to lose weight, I'd do it...I need to join you in that goal. I have been trying to get out and walk more, and counting calories. Pretty boring, but it works if I stick to it! That's always the challenge.
I hope someone can help you better than I can!
Have a great weekend :)

You have already lost a lot of weight. You are looking good. Just eat healthy foods, fresh veggies and fruit, organic vegetables if you can find them, chicken. Try to walk, taking it easy. Maybe Coco will slow down for you? Love you

OK, I am not the best person to ask. Four years ago I lost 35 pounds (with Jenny Craig), and kept it off for over two years. Since then, I've gained much of it back.

So, though my advice might not be the best, here's what I'll do. I'll pray for you, and you can pray for me. And together we'll do our best to lose our *extra poundage*!!

XO

Hi Denise, losing weight is a challenge for anyone. What I try and do to keep my weight in check is eat lean, turkey, fish and chicken along with lots of fruit and veggies. Lots of water helps too. Keep your protein up and make sure you get some protein at each meal. This is good for your sugar count too.
I will keep you in my prayers.
God bless you on this journey. Just take one day at a time. Small steps!!
Sending hugs!!

Hello my dear, I'm afraid I can't help you with that one dear Denise. I think you've managed to loose a lot more weight than I have over the past few months. Keep at it. You'll get there. Hugs. xx
