Observing my senses

For Today, April 30th 2014
I am seeing…Coco sleeping beside me.
I am feeling…Tired this morning.
I am tasting…Strawberry oatmeal.
I am hearing… The children in the apartment above me, getting ready for school.
I am smelling… Strawberries.
It just takes a moment to stop and observe what’s going on around you. Won’t you join me?

Denise,I loved this post! Sweet as ever. Your"oatmeal & strawberries" sound good ;-) I am going to do just add you said and "listen to what its going on around me."
Right now I hear the wild Turkeys out my front door. I just love listening to them.
Have a beautiful day!

Hi Denise, This is so good. I take a walk in the garden each day to just be calm and view the life and growth going on for springtime.
Yes, it is special to stop and smell the roses and observe ones surroundings.
Have a blessed day!

I had regular oatmeal with strawberries and a banana this AM. : I have the talk radio on in the other room. :( My lil cat is under the desk at my feet. Praying you will feel stronger. Hugs

For today:

I am precious husband sitting next to me.
I am feeling...sleepy.
I am candy.
I am hearing...the wind blowing hard outside.
I am smelling...the pomegranate soap on my hands.

Through all my senses, I am enjoying the Presence of the Lord.
