Me
Hello everybody, it's me again. I had to totally shave my head again today, due to my skin condition. My scalp was driving me crazy, constantly itching. Now, after shaving it, shampooing(felt so tingly, and smelled wonderful) there is no more itching. Yea!! Eddie always laughs at me when I have to totally shave it. He calls me Kojack. Remember that show?? So, I decided, if you cannot beat them, join them. Anybody want a lollipop?? I have plenty, lol

I can totally relate to how a shaven head feels. I had to shave my head for the second time - only had a bit of growth but it had been getting itchy. There has been a tiny bit of growth with what is left but it is so minute that it does not bother me much.
Glad you guys have transportation and hopefully your tax refund will take care of getting your vehicle running. May God continue to provide what is needed. Love ya! Lisa :O)

My head used to be itchy all the time, too. I started using baking soda to wash and apple cider vinegar to rinse, it has helped a lot.

Funny story:
Today Jeff took me with him to run some errands, and I wore a wig that I got donated to me...pretty wig...BUT...I got so hot and miserable (hot flash)...that I ended up ripping it off my head...Took my coat off, and told Jeff that if I had to keep that "rug" on my head a minute longer I was gonna strip to my underwear!
(We were in the van)...But still...LOL!
I told Jeff I really should have brought a ballcap instead of that wig.
So I will totally be rockin the bald this summer...Though I'm supposed to be careful with the sun because of the chemo meds...So I will keep a hat handy!

You look so beautiful with a shaved head. Only certain people can wear that look well and you are one of them.
Also, I forgot to mention that I am happy you are going to get your car fixed. Broken Cars can be a stumbling block for sure in a marriage.
