Project Me

Received the book "Running For God" today, UPS delivered it to my door, was very excited about getting it. I started my new eating plan this week, my doctor has me on a low carb diet, due to my diabetes. I can have up to 50 carbs per meal, no more than 150 at the end of the day. I am taking a shot before each meal, one at bedtime, and one twelve hours later. A total of five shots a day. Nothing but water to drink, of course, I put lemon in mine. Was walking everyday, until what happened to me Wednesday night. Going to start reading my book this weekend, and will start my running workouts on Monday. Cannot run around my neighborhood like I had planned due to the stalker. Instead, when Eddie gets home from work, and on the weekends, he is going to take me to a local park, and also a high school track. Update on stalker: He was outside my apartment several different times today, so I did not take coco outside. I told my apartment manager, no concern. All he cares about, is his rent. Of course told Eddie, treated it as a joke, very little concern. Still wants me to take coco out. Calling police tomorrow to report this. My niece(little mans mom) is buying me some pepper spray this weekend. Thanks for all the care, concern, love, and prayers left in the comments. I love, and appreciate all of you.

A stalker now? What next? I hope you remain safe. Change your routine when out walking!!! Do everything differently. That's scary.

Praying for you to run with confidence and become healthy very soon. I wish there was someplace close to walk/ can't run anymore because of spine disease and arthritis...but my hubby and I do go to nearby towns to walk around once in awhile. Never walk alone..it is safer to have a walking buddy..your dog sounds too sweet to be too much of a protector, lol!~God bless~ Lisa

Is there another neighbor you trust you cuold walk with. I know you'll go coocoo with Cocoa not getting out. Did you call the police? I would just keep reporting it and being a nusiance to the manager. Do you have cell? Take his photo. Or if you see him outside if you have a regular camera try to get pics. He is probably some stupid doper crazy person getting kicks. But I would be extra careful. Praying for your safety and for trust your judgement and instincts. And congrats on the Project Me plans look like you have some great goals. Hope you have a good weekend.

Cocoa is nominated for the Daisy awards. Come by tomorrow to see the post. There will be a drawing the end of the month.
Good luck.

I just started back to exercising myself. I have needed to lose weight and I know that exercise is one of the keys. I hope it will help your health issues.
Keep up the good works; there is a reward at the end; improved health
Blessings and hugs!

Pepper spray is a good idea...you can not live in fear but it pays to be safe.

Yes, I definitely think this is a police matter - at least to make them aware. Please be careful, Denise. The world is a very ugly place now.

GOD BLESS (and protect you)!
