Merry Christmas 2012

Merry Christmas from my heart to yours. I pray you have all enjoyed a wonderful time, surrounded by family and friends. My Christmas did not turn out like I was expecting, but that is ok. Christmas Eve, lovebug went to his parents. His sister was in town, they exchanged gifts, and ate sandwiches and snacks. I was not invited, they do not care about me. Last year, they never even visited me in intensive care, or the rehab hospital. No problem. My dad called, told me he had changed his mind. He did not want to have a get together. So, then my sister called. She said, since dad did not want to have a get together, she was not going to come see me for Christmas. Well, that is ok. This afternoon, we ate a delicious lunch over at my sister in-loves house. I got to spend time with her, little man, and his parents. I truly enjoyed every minute of it. I came home, gave Coco her gifts, she liked all of them. Please pray for me, I keep breaking out in a red rash on different areas of my body. My feet, legs, hands, arms, behind my ears, the back of my head. I itch terribly. Lovebug is taking me to see a Doctor tomorrow. Pray that they will help me. I love you all.

I hope your doctor figures out what is causing the itching and gives you the right treatment tomorrow. It sounds like your Christmas plans changed and you did have a nice visit with relatives. Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas, Shortybear! ;)
Life is complicated, isn't it? Yet God is so gracious to cover and fill the gaps in our lives with His faithfulness, love and graciousness.
Praying for you to have relief from those symptoms and to be upheld by His love. I know He is faithful. He has been filling me with peace and contentment in challenging circumstances.

My tears flowed and my heart ached for you reading this post. I just couldn't understand people who couldn't like a so tenderhearted and sweet woman like you Denise? What a cruel world. But anyway, I am happy that there are still people who really cares for you. And I really do care and praying for you Denise.
God is with you.

Feeling your hurt because it's the same way with some family members of my hubby's. There are more walls and my family and I got tired trying to break those walls. Then I knew it' s probably not in His perfect timing for He is the One Who directs our steps. I pray the doc will find out the cause of that rash and be able to help you. May His love and grace keep you strong...I love your pics and I know you had so much fun with that little man :) Be strong sis...in God's power.Love you.

Good Morning Denise..
I know we have become friends because of Jesus...and because of this blog...For this, I am thankful..

So glad for your sister-in-law who understands that family should reach out to love each other...It sounds like you had a wonderful day in spite of the other plans you had hoped for. God purposed long ago for you to receive the love that you felt from your family yesterday.

He is very much in control of your days..and LOVES..... Y.O.U..immensely...

Thankful...to be a vessel to remind you of this truth...

Now, sit back and let Him love you into the rest of the year...and all throughout the new year...

Love your new friend Sally

Oh I hope that you can get relief from the rash. I am so sorry. I am glad you had a lovely time with little man. I am sorry about not seeing the rest of your family. I know what you mean. Sometimes it is so hard getting along. We had a little struggling going on too. It'ls hard when our loved ones are just so selfish. I know I struggle with guilt for not doing more but I just have to step back and pray and then I realize that I have done all I can it is up to them. Praying for good news from the doctor.
Love you,
S.
