Thankful Thursday

Today, I am very thankful for my dear prayer warrior, best friend, sis of my heart, Peggy. What would I do without her? I never want to find out. I know, you all have a prayer warrior, best friend, sis of your heart, in your lives. She is always there when I have a prayer need, or I need to vent, or I need advice. If she does not receive an email from me, or see one of my prayers posted at the Lighthouse Of Prayer, or see a blog that I have posted a comment on, she gets worried about me. She has to know, that I am okay.  Through all of my health problems, she has kept me covered in prayers, and much love.  She has shed many tears on my behalf. She has also shared many smiles with me. Words, cannot begin to express, how I feel about her. Thank You God, for bringing Peggy into my life, please watch over her, all the days of her life.

There is strength and power when two or three agree together in prayer. Even stretched across miles agreement does work!

All I can say is, I am glad to be back here, and read your uplifting post. I have been on and off for a while.
God bless you, Sister.

My most precious little sister
Denise... Big crocodile tears blocking my eyes from trying to tell you how special you are to me... and being so far away... I can't do much more and it's a high honor to pray and go before the throne for YOU! To know YOU! I'm listening to this song by Jason Crabb...and the tears are flowing even more... Your words overwhelm me! The way you pray for everyone and now every nation... I don't know what I'd do without you either.
When you were not online last year, I asked and bothered everyone about you!
So much so that Cathy started sending me FB pages from you, that dear heart...
just so I knew that you were alive. Your energy and attitude is what keeps me going as we pray together.
We are Warrior sisters and sisters of the heart for sure... I thank you so much for this public affirmation of what we both feel for one another... it is a high tribute to love you so much and call you sister and BFF.
No one dances like us!
Woo hoo! We are Shortybear specials!!! I watch for you constantly... some times even get up to see if you are online cuz you can't sleep, and my praying kicks in again... it's just naturally when you love some one as much as I love you and others that I pray for... God just prompts my spirit! You know I'm here for you!!! And if I was in USA... we'd be even more in touch! I think I'd literally drive to TN just to hug your neck... or kick you know who with ya'...we will stomp him out and lift Jesus Higher!!!
I am so thankful that He heard my prayers and you are still here in 2012! Fight on my dear sis!!! I need you at the Lighthouse the light was growing dim and then Alice stepped in... and now Cathy too!!! Praise God!!! But there is nothing like seeing Denise's name pop up with a prayer! I thank God for giving you to me as a little sis... and can't wait until the day we really meet!!! We'll go to that park like you and Zach, swing and slide and maybe fly a kite... but we'll dance before Our Heavenly Father
and praise and thank Him for all He has blessed us with... I count you as a blessing each night... and I thank God our paths crossed!
I worry even when I see you
bopping around so much... when you should be taking care of Denise, you are taking care of everyone else, carrying burdens for others... My heart smiles just thinking of you and the many times last year, I'd come and watch the Shortybear shuffle, just cuz I missed you so much and did not know what was happening.
There come the tears again..
my heart is so full of gratitude for the special place you hold in my daily life. The way one or two words from you on my blog or your sweet email will lift my broken heart or spirit, and encourage me to press on. I love you, Nesie! You are such a part of me. Now enough tears... and let me just tell you, God certainly knew what I needed when you crossed my path and you are so right, words cannot express... just like our love for Jesus, my passion for the lost, and now you and your health and Lovebug's... (that was a battle too!) Praise God, you're back in church...
but I'd still enjoy picking you up anytime for our joint church time. God smiling BIG on you and my heart is flooded with love and thanks for you, too! Thanks sweet one... I love you bunches!
SMILING, too :0) but wiping my tears and my nose... as
I now hear a song of PRAISE the Lamb! No greater JOY!

(((HUGS))) thank you humbly,
Peggy

The Lord certainly has a way of surrounding us with exactly what we need, when we need it. I've no doubt that Peggy is his instrument of encouragement in your life.

Oh, I loved this! My smile just got bigger and bigger the more I read...you captured Peggy's sweet spirit so well in your words...and then her comment had me grinning like a fool...she described you so well that she had me wanting to see the both of you get together and have a good old fashioned Holy Ghost dance! I love you both and am so grateful for the technology that allows us to communicate...but most of all for our heavenly Father that introduces us to so many wonderful family members!
