Hello my sweet friends, time to check in. Last week was not so bad, I was a good girl!! lol The scale did not move, I am still weighing 177.8 But, maintaining is much better than gaining. God is so with me in my efforts, He daily gives me strength. I am doing really well with my eating plan, and exercise. But, I do want to improve as far as the exercise goes. This weekend at my church we are having a 24 hour fast and prayer time, I am looking so forward to this time. I know God is going to do amazing things in my life. My new statement is: I must decrease, and He must increase. Well, that is all for now, praying that the scale will move down next week. Sweet blessings to you my friends.

Here is mine,... I have been doing very well on my walking, especially this week. The eating has been okay, I am getting better at not overeating haven't gotten there yet as God is helping me with that. please keep praying not only for me but our other bloggers, as there are many who are dealing with the same issue of wanting to get healthy.
Blessings,
Sue
I must decrease, He must increase.Denise, you are way funny. I'm always amazed at how the Holy Spirit can apply verses in our lives. He is awesome!
Hi Denise, I am so proud of you for not gaining any weight! I think that is a big deal. When you are diabetic it is so easy to pack on the pounds! I know!!!
I want salt so bad and the Dr's have said I can't even have fake salt! But now if we go out to eat and it has salt it taste way salty! and not as good as I thought!! Love and hugs Grams
You are doing just fine. :)
Amen! He is ever faithful! So, don't you give up ;)
Have a great day sister Denise. Love you in Christ-Rosel
Maintaining is awesome! Be careful with fasting though...praying always for you sweet sister.
I love that saying "maintaining is better then gaining!" That's where I am right now. Need to go down though! Can't give up!
Ooh I never thought of that scripture that way - we have to "decrease" our weight so He can "increase" in us - we have to "remove the flesh" so to speak so the spirit has more room to move in us! :) Neat perspective :) LOVE YOU!
Go girl go girl!!!!!!!!!!!! yo can do it!!! thank you for your sweet kind words!!!!!!!! so needed and they always show up at just the right time!!! Love you honesty!!! Love, Leigh
Praying for success!
And sweet blessings to you Denise! Keep up the determination. I need to exercise more, or so should I say at all! Have also recently been having the Him increasing and me decreasing statement in my mind. Thank you as always.
God bless you with your goal to lose weight, Denise. You remind me of my mama. She almost don't eat anything because of her diabetes, too.
But right now, I thank God that she is not in danger zone. I truly thank God. It is a daily victory for her!
Thankful for your healthy outlook, no matter what the state of the scale. xxxoo
