Thankful Thursday

Another Thankful Thursday, and I am very thankful to be here. My recent hospital stay, has left me feeling quite drained, and feeling weak. I praise God for watching over me, like He always does. I truly felt like I might go to meet my Father. I have never felt that bad, diabetes is vicious. But, my God is victorious over sickness and death. Praise God for wrapping His loving, and healing arms around me. I am thankful for dear lovebug, he has been so worried, but trying not to show it. He never left my side, or stopped praying for me. He is my heart, and I praise God for that. I received a call from my doctor today, concerning the results from my thyroid ultrasound that was done on Friday. I have five nodules on my thyroid, they said it was inconclusive, so they do not know if any of them are malignant. I have to have another ultrasound in July, to check for changes, and to see if any are malignant. I am not worried, or scared. My God is the peace speaker, and He has spoken sweet peace into my heart. Be blessed my friends.

Praying for you and your health. I heard a story last night during my bible study:
There was a nun who knew she was dying and people asked her if she was scared. She replied, "Me scared, heck no, I get to give up this body for a perfect one!"

Denise we want you here for a long time, you either way you win. Praying for Drs wisdom and your healing.

Denise, you are a true inspiration to me. I loved your post! I hope one day to have your faith and strength of character, my friend! I am so sorry you've been so sick, but God has been so faithful to you. You remind me of the apostle Paul. Though he was sick throughout much of his ministry, he was so faithful to God, just as you are! May God continue to strengthen you and give you a time of rest from your illness. I am so glad you're not worried about the nodules; however, I do wish they wouldn't wait until July. My MIL had growths on her thyroid that were non-malignant and once she got it out she felt 10x better. I want you to feel good and strong and healthy again. I realize with the diabetes that's impossible in the natural, but our God is a God of the impossible, so that's my prayer for you. That this is a year where you'll feel great and have not as many health issues and complications.

Happy Thankful Thursday to you. Love ya!

You have to wait till July to see if the nodules are malignant?
Goodness seems like an awfully long time to wait to find out. But I know the doctors know what they are doing.

Keep looking up to your source of strength. We will continue to walk with you and pray for your continued recovery. I am so thankful that Eddie is there to take care of you.

I've been thanking God ever since I heard you were okay. Truly. God truly desires that we thank Him for our sufferings, and you get that. I am humbled to know you. Can't help wishing I were close by where I could be of tangible help. I don't understand why they have to wait until july to check for malignancy, but I'm sure it's complicated.

Please, PLEASE let your sisters in Christ know if you need anything tangible, okay? Or email me if you wanna extra voice of prayer. Bless you, dear Denise.
