Well, it is almost 1:30 in the morning here in Tennessee, and I am wide awake. I am having major problems being able to sleep, due to some health problems. I have a Doctor appointment this morning at 9:30, praying she will be able to help me. I am fighting a major sinus infection right now, my blood sugars are doing a little better, but they are still out of control. My thyroid is totally out of control, like always. But, my main concern is my heart. I am afraid that my heart blockages may have gotten worse. I get out of breathe so easy, stay tired, and have constant chest pains. But, no matter what is going on, God is with me. He will give me strength to carry on, and fight the good fight. Please say a prayer for my appointment today, I would very much appreciate it. I guess I will try once more to grab some sleep. Be blessed, love you all.

You are the same as You were yesterday as You are today as You will be forever. So I ask You to come and see my friend and touch her Lord as You touched so many when you alked here upon this earth. Oh Dear one forgive my absence. I was hiding out till November :) I am so glad your getting the help now. Hope the med switch is going well. Get some yogurt *live culture soy is good too) or acidophiles soon.
