Dave Ramsey: Why do we always try to out do others? Bigger house, better car, nicer clothes. That is so crazy, and not necessary. God provides everything we need to survive in this world, why can we not be satisfied? We need to quit living like everyone else, and live For the one who created us in the first place. This world is not my home, only a temporary resting place. As long as I have my precious Saviour, and my little lovebug Eddie, I have all I need. He loved me so much that He died for me, the least that I can do is live for Him. Quit trying to live up to your neighbors, and start living for your Saviour.

So right--this world is not our home.
The simple life is good for me.
I have no desire to keep up with anyone else. Just give me what God wants for me and I am fine.
