Gods Light

Are you in the dark, trying to find your way out of what feels like a hopeless situation? Are your shoulders heavy, from all the burdens that you are carrying? Do you feel as if you are alone in this world, with your pain, and your fears? My friend, look up, the Light of the world is shining down upon you. He wants to lead you out of the dark, and back into the light of His love. He wants to unshackle you from your heavy load of burdens. He feels your every pain, and He knows what makes you feel afraid. You are never alone, He is always with you. Quit choosing to put Him in the corner, and ignore Him. Love Him always, praise Him always, talk to Him always. He loves you with an everlasting love, grasp that, and never let go!! Let His light shine through you.

I love this! I especially like when you said "Quit choosing to put Him in the corner and ignore Him." It's a choice to remain in the dark. We have the light of the world at our disposal..grasp that!

Hubby and I'm not coming to Chattanooga tomorrow afterall. He's come down with a cold - not a "man cold" he's not like that at all. And then their calling for severe weather in the afternoon - hail and high winds - not good to be out in that. Oh well...the grandkids are very disappointed - as are we. Now we have to wait until the middle of next month to see them :(

Have a blessed weekend my friend.

That's one of my favorite Psalms. One of the first (and, sadly few) I've memorized. Beautiful.

Great truths girl!
Time is short--very short we had better make sure that we know Him and know His love. It is a love that allows pain and hurt for our good only. Otherwise our wise Father would not allow it.

Sorry I have not been around so much. I will try and get back to a normal schedule this week.
Love ya girl

OH Thank you gave me something I needed. As I go though my days I need to remember to look up. His light will shine even though those clouds. I will never be in complete darkness. God will shine is light on me.
