In Other Words Tuesday

“Don’t blame the suffering in the world on the anger of God. He’s not mad; he didn’t mess up. Follow our troubles to their headwaters, and you won’t find any angry or befuddled God. But you will find a sovereign God.Your pain has a purpose.
Your problems, struggles, heartaches, and hassles cooperate toward one end — the glory of God.”
~ Max Lucado ~It’s Not About Me :This quote really speaks loudly to me, especially right now during my health battles. In no way at all do I blame God for my health problems, or my eye pain. He is not punishing me by making me suffer, He is not angry at me. But, I do believe there is a reason for all of this. I pray that through whatever I may have to endure, God will be glorified. It is during our times of stress, heartaches, and trials that we can grow stronger. When we are weak, He is our strength. If we cling to Him through every storm we go through, He will be glorified. My pain does have a purpose, to bring me even closer to God. I want to honor Him with my life, I want everyone to know how awesome He is. He is my bright shining beacon, never leaving me to face the darkness lost, and alone. I give Him all the praise, morning, noon, and night. Throughout all the days of our life's, may we seek the glory of God.

ahhh, you speak from the place that this quote begins...you are in the middle of it and YOU are allowing HIM to use this time for HIS GOOD and GLORY...you reflect that everyday on this blog...
it's all about faith,
faith in what we can't see, explain or understand...
Denise, you live it girl!
peace,

Denise: Your complete reliance on Him during your trails is always inspirational. I love how you have never blamed God but are always talking about how much you love Him. You may never know how many people you touch with that attitude. It's amazing and fun to read about!
