Have you ever been afraid? I know I have, fear has filled my heart many times. What do you do when you are afraid, who do you turn to for comfort? I turn to God, He always calms my fears, and slows down my racing heart. I may not understand how to get rid of my fears, but God does. He knew I would have fears, and He holds the solution, to every fear I will ever have to face. So, instead of being anxious, I will remain calm, knowing that my Father, has everything under control.

My pastor was talking about this today. He told us about a survey where people said that the thing that they were afraid of the most, after death, is the dark. The pastor said he was not surprised, because that is where sin likes to hide - in the dark. But thanks be to God that we have the Gospel to shine like a light into the darkness of sin!
