Watch Out For Logs

Why do we look so hard to find a speck in others eyes, but we never see the log that is in our own eyes? Why do we act like their faults are so easy to see, that it makes our faults seem minor by comparison? We need to learn to accept, and appreciate the good qualities and traits God gave to each of us. Pray, and ask God to help you see yourself as He sees you, and as others see you. Erase, and eradicate, those things that are not pleasing to Him, or to others. Start with the log that is affecting your own vision, forget about the speck that is affecting others vision. Soon it will be washed away, and you will forget it was ever there.

*sigh* If only we would examine our ownselves fully, we would have no time to look upon anyone else.

Denise,

This is neat. I can get hung up in judgements. It is a form or pride. God works on me constantly in this area. This must be a reminder I need today. Thank you.

Love and hugs, Lynn
