Week One Weigh In

Well, today is the day to step on the scale for week one weigh in. I have not gained, or lost. I am fine with that, because I was really sick last week. I did not get to exercise last week, due to my sickness, but I did make healthy food choices, and I am learning to really like water. Lots of water!!

Water is a key. When I drink mine I lose weight...when I don't the weight hangs on.

Hope you feel better and can start exercising!

Denise,
Praying that you feel better again real soon! When the weight doesn't go up, that's something to be happy about! Maybe you'll soon feel like taking a walk for some exercise. My doctor told me I didn't need to work-out hard, just a consistent walk each day, even if you break it up (15 min. in morning & 15 min. in evening). It's accumulative.

That is good that you are fine with your first week :) - Water is very good, but sometimes I can't drink too much of it, but I know I should.

Blessings to you and yours.

I started my water last week--but got side tracked toward the end of the week.
Got to get my mind back in the game after this weekend.
Keep going!

Great attitude! Getting myself back in the habit of drinking all the water has been tough. And besides, it's mostly about getting healthy! Right? I hope you're feeling better.

I hope your sugars get under control soon, and that things go well and your doctor can see you soon.

Keep up the good work on the Challenge. Sounds like you are doing well in spite of feeling so bad.

Some weeks, success is NOT gaining! Sounds like you're doing great and I'm sure you'll see the numbers going down at the scale soon.

Keep up the great work!

I've got to get on the water-train. No gain is good! I'm in the same boat - a static scale. :) Keep it up!

Maintaining is a good thins, especially if you're on your way to healthier living. Water is great, I'm so glad you're enjoying it! As a singer, I've been hooked on water for years!
