My Daybook

For Today…  Monday, February 15, 2016

Outside my window38 degrees, freezing rain.

I am thinkingI need to dust. The dust bunnies are no longer hiding, they have come out to play all over my furniture!!

I am thankfulThat I do not have any Doctor appointments this week.

I am wearingGray sweatpants, and red sweatshirt.

I am creatingA new journal.

I am goingTo CVS to pick up a prescription.

I am wonderingWhen I am going to stop suffering with these severe leg cramps???

I am readingAbout Jacob, and his great passion for Rachel.

I am hopingThat I get to go back to my counselor soon.

I am learningThat I need to daily improve myself.

In my kitchenBarbeque chicken legs, coleslaw, baked beans, corn on the cob, cheesy tots, and rolls.

A favorite quote for today

One of my favorite thingsWriting on my blog.

Hi. It will be like a photo so just put between the lines of your post where ever you want it.
If you can't figure it out maybe you can call me and I'll walk you through it.
Let me know.
Oh it might be to big so you'll have to hover over it and you should get an option to resize. Probably large or med is fine. The extra large which might be how it'll show up is tooooo big and will go over into your sidebar.

Happy Monday Denise and wishes for a great week ahead! Maybe Magnesium and Potassium might help your leg cramps (esp. magnesium). Ask your doctor about this. I also get leg cramps a lot (diabetes) and if I have magnesium every day it helps.

My sister has leg cramps and she says that a couple of sips of Schwepps tonic water with quinine relieves them.

Oh your leg cramps, darn it I am so sorry. I know there are some things that can help. My hubby thinks lots of fresh cold water to drink and potassium enriched foods like bananas. Prayers for you my friend, I wish I lived nearby, I'd come visit. My goodness your dinner made my mouth water. Hee Hee! We are making homemade cream of mushroom soup tomorrow. It is a vegan recipe so I am thinking it is extra good and healthy. I hope so. Thanks for being my friend. Hugs, Hugs, Hugs and many prayers for you. xo

I love your quote and I always enjoy these entries. I do hope your legs get better; that doesn't sound fun at all. I also liked your menu. Blessings for you and hugs too!
