This Is Me Challenge

*How many hours, do you like to sleep at night? At least 5
*Do you take naps? Yes, love cat naps.
*Do you like a lot, or few blankets, and pillows? Few blankets, Lots of pillows.
*Can you sleep anywhere, or does it have to be, in your own bed? I truly love my own bed, but, I can sleep anywhere.
*What are your favorite conditions, for a good-night's sleep?  Does it have to be completely dark, and quiet? Night light, and radio playing softly.

I love catnaps too. In fact that is my favorite activity on my days off from work. I've been known to take a quick one when I get off of work before supper too.

Oh, a radio playing soft, quiet music sounds absolutely relaxing!!!

I rarely take naps during the day, spoils my sleep for later on. Greetings!

Denise I appreciate all your encouraging comments on Wings of Eagles... I am blessed that you visit and I hope you will always find something that is uplifting and lovely there. I enjoyed reading your posts... I am so sorry about your heart attack... and the struggle you had a year ago.... my prayer is that things are turning around for you day by day...I recently read an article that said that heavy covers on a bed helped us stay asleep... I know my granny used to sleep with heavy quilts on the bed and when we visited I had to sleep with her.. of course, there was no central heating which made them feel all the better. But we slept with the window open last night and used all the covers including the quilt my grandmother made for me and I only got up once and got right back to sleep.. maybe there is something to it after all! God bless!

Well, I love my bed but I can usually sleep elsewhere when needed. I like to feel warm so I cover up most of the night. I love to get 8 hours of sleep; but that seldom happens. I have my own pillow that I use always. I would love a nap once in a while; but usually can't fit it in.
Wishing for you a good nights sleep; sending hugs your way!
