The Loft-Topic-Blogging &You

Wow, I cannot believe that I have been blogging since January 2007.Almost nine years, unbelievable!! Why did I start blogging? I wanted a place to call mine, a place to share my heart. When I created my blog, I thought that nobody, or just a handful of people would ever visit. It has truly amazed me  to see how many people through the years, have come by for a visit. My heart smiles each time someone visits my blog. I often say to myself, why do people read, and like my blog? I am just an ordinary woman, with an ordinary life, that lives in Tennessee, with her husband, and fur baby Coco. I thank my faithful followers, through the years, you have allowed me to share my life, all of it. The good, bad, and ugly. Events from my childhood, to the present. You have prayed with me, and for me. You have laughed, and cried with me many times. My heart overflows with love, and much appreciation for all of you. Your love, and kindness raise me up, far from the sadness, that comes along my journey sometimes. I keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Blogging has taught me, that love is such a precious gift. I have found much love inside my laptop, for that is where you all live, and of course, you live in my heart. Please know, each of you, are treasures, and blessings that God has given to me. Hugs to all of you.

In a certain way of looking at it, there are no ordinary women. Each of us is unique, which is part of why we like to visit and see how other people are living.

Me too, Denise. Blogging has become a safe place for me to be real. That's why people love you. You are real. You struggle, but you're not afraid to say it and in doing so, you help so many. Keep it up!

Hi Denise! Happy Blogging-versary! You've been writing for a long time my friend. I think people come by because you share so much of yourself. And you are a good blog-friend too :)
Have a little celebration, you deserve it!

Oh, Denise! What a precious post...straight from the heart! You are a true blessing to all of us out here in blogland. I can't begin to tell you how much strength I draw from you and your precious comments of encouragement. You feel like you have been blessed by others, and we certainly feel like we are the blessed ones to have YOU in our lives. Your sweet spirit just flows through your every word. I think of you often and pray for you. Trusting your health will improve, and Eddie will be okay, too. God is able to do all things. Wow, that is a long time to be blogging...may God bless you with many, many more happy blogging years, and may they find you healthier in body. Much love and many hugs to you, sweet friend. :)

You have so blessed our lives by sharing yours. I have loved your example of hope and faith in Christ. You have gone through so much; but are still smiling and dancing. I don't think you are an ordinary woman at all. You are a beautiful daughter of God and I know He loves you and had a plan for you. Sending lots of smiles, love and hugs your way along with continued prayers for special blessings for you and yours.
