Monday - Homemade beef ravioli for Eddie, liquids for me
Tuesday -Pizza for Eddie, liquids for me
Wednesday - breakfast food
Thursday - cubed steak, white rice, bisquits
Friday - cheeseburgers
Saturday - meatloaf, roasted red potatoes, green beans, and cornbread
Sunday -salmon, brown rice, steamed vegetables

I love that Eddie was and will be with you for your procedures. I do pray that you will do well with your tests on Wednesday. I loved your sweet picture.
I am reading in New Testament too. I have read it several times and even taught it as a seminary teacher. I loved reading of the Savior's life and teachings.
Your menu looks good except for the liquid part of your diet.
