Monday Quiz About Me-On Tuesday

1. What is your best solution for getting rid of a headache?

I have to use an icepack on the back of my neck.

2. Do you enjoy taking naps?

Unfortunately, I have trouble sleeping at all.

3. What was the last 'block buster' movie you saw at the theatre?

I don't know. The last movie I saw at the theatre was Fireproof.

4. If you could have anyone cook you dinner, who would it be?

I would choose to have my momma cook dinner.. Two of the reasons that I would choose momma, is that 1. I love and miss her, and it would mean I had her back, and, 2. she's the best cook that I've known. :)

What did your Mom make that tasted so good? My Mom was a good cook, too. She use to make "Mock Chicken Legs" and they were so tender!

Hugs,
Mary

Ice packs can help with a lot of problems, that's for sure. My husband had to pack me in ice the summer than I was so sick (when they found the tumors). I couldn't breathe unless I was literally surrounded by ice.

I'm sorry that you have trouble sleeping, too.

Fireproof is a great movie, isn't it? We watched it at home rather than at the theater and have watched it several times.

We'll get to be with our loved ones again someday. What a wonderful reunion that will be!

Have a great week!

Hi Denise,
Fun to read your answers. I would have my mother cook for me too. She was a wonderful cook, and like you, I would love to have her back. But she lives in heaven and a much better place.

Thank you for stopping by.
hugs, CM

I'm sorry to hear that you're not sleeping well. I've had insomnia since January 2012. I actually have to take medications in order to sleep. Otherwise, I will literally stay awake "around the clock."

I love my mother's cooking too. Food is always good when mama makes it! :)

This was a fun post to read, too.

Blessings!

I usedto have trouble sleeping too when i was in a high dosage of steroids. I'm slowly getting back to normal. Used to have headaches every morning too. That was when i was having flares. It's so difficult. Praying for you, dear sis. Love ya!
