Five Minute Friday-Remember

Memories light the corners of my mind, misty water colored memories, of the way we were. That is the beginning lyrics to the song memories, from one of my all time favorite movies, The Way We Were. Memories, we all have them. Some good, some bad, some sad, some funny. We keep them tucked away, deep down inside. We pull them out from time to time, dust them off, and remember. Remember when, remember then, Remember her, remember him. Precious ones, or hellicious ones, the memories all linger, for they make us, who we were, but, most importantly, who we are today. Ahhhhh, I remember.

Beautiful. Our memories really remind us of who we've been, who we are and hold our hopes for the future, too! Hugs!

I liked the way you wrote about memories. I'm grateful for those happy ones that seem to strengthen us for those not so memorable times. Have a great weekend sister and God bless.

I thank God for memories. There are bad and good ones. But they help make who we are today.

For as long as we are sane, we will always remember.

Thanks Denise.

I love it when a memory comes. sometimes I feel sad that I can't remember some things. I had 6 children and the last four came quickly and I have a hard time remember the little tings about each one of them.
Remembering is great thing to do.
Blessings!
