What an excellent exercise to do! All those negative thoughts that we have about or selves are lies from the devil. And we need to replace them with truth from God's Word!

Wash away the lies and receive His cleansing and healing truths. For the one who is set free, is free in Him! You are so free to be YOU! He is with you! You are His and He is yours and together this "me" is a "we" that is not defeated or overcome by anything from the enemy, for greater is HE that is in you, then he that is of this world.
