Help, Opinions Needed
Hello my sweet friends, pray you are all doing well. I realize that so many are truly hurting financially right now, and that hurts my heart. I pray financial blessings over everyone. We are hurting also, the medical bills from last year when I had my stroke, are eating us alive. I feel so very guilty over this. In January, I have got to find a job. I am so scared I will not be able to find work. It has been soooooooooo long since I worked, and I am now 49. Any ideas?? Please help, would truly appreciate your suggestions, and of course your prayers. I love you all.

Evening Denise, Oh how true this posting relates to many people...some worse than others, but so many struggling like never before. I can relate to your medical bills and how it can play havoc on everyday life finances. The past 4 yrs. has been trying for us as well especially since I was diagnosed with the "c" word. Is there something you can do from home..that would involve the phone? or a sit down job? I would try something part time...jobs are hard to come by....I pray something comes your way that is right for you. You are not alone in this....prayers and blessings~~~~Roxie
i know how you feel, sweet sister. we're on the same boat. i still try to do some online jobs that pay not much but would help a little. i try to sell whatever i can like sleep wear as gifts. years back, i tried tutoring english to koreans and iranians in my building. i sold chicken nuggets in my work place.
if anyone has ideas too, i'd love to hear about them. i really need some extra cash to pay for my medicines.
Will be praying for you and Eddy and your finances.

I dont know what to suggest, but we pray for God's wisdom and provision and blessing in every area of your life.
I do know how you feel with the financial burdens. You should look to see if there are some at home jobs. I know that there are some out there.
Blessings to you and prayers also.
Prayers for the perfect job! He will provide:)
You could see about pet sitting for neighbors. I do hope things work out okay for you.
what about baby sitting, or a church nursery, or church daycare
This time of year is tough on so many, I'm in the process too of looking for a job. I haven't worked a "real"job in 11 years and I agree it can be scary getting back out there. Praying for you, I know the stress of finances is hard. I wish I knew something to help. If I find something I will pass it along.
It is difficult, esp. at this time of year. It seems there are a lot of folks working from home and that might work but I can't give you any ideas since the companies there are different. Someone I used to know here did mystery shopping. Hugs. x
babysitting. we used to pay a babysitter very well..
I might be joining you on the job front. Living on one income is a challenge. I'm sensing God's push in this direction. Whatever you choose to do, your health is a consideration, so I wouldn't choose a job that was physically taxing. How about a library or a book store?

God will provide....trust Him. Just get well first. :)
Denise,
You should try juicing for a few days in the mornings along with your regular meals. It may give you added energy.
I will be looking for work as well soon. But, like some of the other people have stated...health first.
And OMgoodness, I didn't know we are so close in age!
