Here I Am Lord

Here I am Lord. One big mess, I must confess. But, I am still me, and I want us, to still be a team. United, with undivided hearts. My hearts desire, is to continue to be a soldier in Your army.  I want to fight satan, kick his butt back to hell, where he belongs. I want to fight the evil in this world, help keep my love ones safe, from the snares of satan. I want to share Your love with others, and encourage them. I want to equip others to fight the evils of this world. Take me Lord, and use me. I am here, reporting for active duty, wounds and all.

Dear Denise,

When we're God's Children like we are, I truly believe we can be BOLD and be HIS WARRIOR as well, and I believe that you are one of God's Warriors Denise!!!

Look if you will at what God's Word tells us in . . . Ephesians 6:10-20 (King James Version) "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak."

God's blessings from a Brother in Christ,
Lon

I came over....not thinking you'd be back from your surgery---but as I read back over your posts, I see where you are for the present. More importantly, God sees and knows! May He strengthen you, give you wisdom for getting your diabetes under control, and receive all glory! ♥

Hi Denise, Praying that you and your husband will have a blessed weekend. My husband recently had surgery for a problem they've been watching/debating about for many years. God has answered many prayers and he is improving every day.

How amazing that you would write this!
My Middle School Sunday School cirriculum is "Understanding Spiritual Conflict"...the conflict between God and Satan and how that plays out in our lives. My first lesson tomorrow..."Our Supreme Commander." Never has it been more obvious that we are engaged in spiritual warfare! You are obviously "battle ready."
