Five Minute Friday/Wide

With eyes wide open, I am choosing to walk straight into my future. Even though, my eyes are weakened from disease, I will keep them as widely open as I can, until I cannot open them any more. When, and if, my vision totally leaves me, I will then, see more clearly, than I ever have. For I have been blind, but, then I will see through His precious eyes of love. His arms are wide open, waiting for us all to come home. He is our home, not just when we leave this world, but, right now. When I think of home, I think of my Saviour, and His loving arms of comfort, and sweet peace. My health seems to be daily failing me, but, His strength pours into me, and refuels me. He opens my world up to many more possibilities. My feet, and legs, are so weak right now, but, I choose to continue to run with all my might, to my Saviours beautiful, all encompassing, outstretched, opened wide, and very willing, to embrace me throughout eternity, arms.

Oh, there is no other place to be then in His wide open arms. I am so sorry that you have to go through these physical trial, yet thankful at the same time for the way that you faithfully bring glory to God through them.
Thank you for this post today!

Oh, what comfort in this: "His arms are wide open, waiting for us all to come home. He is our home, not just when we leave this world, but, right now." Thank you for this reminder, in the difficult and the happy.

Thank you for the beautiful reminder that this is not our home and that we see very dimly through these natural eyes.

Hello, Denise! It is a joy to be visiting you today and to feel God's love strengthening you in the midst of all appearances of dis-ease. Knowing that God's perfect power and presence is surrounding you...feeling this power and presence in each word that you speak. I have been "wide"ly blessed through your display of God's glory! Thank you, Denise, for the joy that you are.

Denise, bless your heart. You made me cry and at the same time inspired me by your faith inspite of what you are going through right now. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you so much for having that precious attitude that is an awakening thought for us.
Bless you dear.
