Shortybear Is Back---------------------

Hello sweet friends, I am back. I have really missed not blogging. Have you missed me?? lol Well, I did not get to have my surgery today, due to my diabetes. My blood sugar kept dropping really low. If they had put me under, it could have caused me to have a major stroke. The surgery has been rescheduled for December 4th. I appreciate all of you that have been praying regarding my surgery. Please pray that between now, and December 4th, my diabetes will get under control. When my blood sugar kept dropping, it was very scary. Thank God that Eddie was home with me. When a diabetics blood sugar starts dropping, it makes you feel like you are in a fog. Now, that I have had strokes, it is even scarier. I felt totally confused, lost. Did not know what to do, or what was going on. Bless Eddie for helping me. I felt like I was having another stroke. leaving the world. Thank God for watching over me.

I'm sorry to hear this, Denise, but I am grateful for the love, care, and hold of Jesus that carried you through this scary moment.

Please rest in the peace and comfort of Christ this night.

Be praying for you, Denise.

I know what you mean. But for me, what causes the foggy feeling is when my nerves are not functioning well. I feel heavy from my hip down the legs.

Pray that God will keep you in the normal sugar level when the surgery day comes.

Blessings!

Hi Denise. I've been out of the blogging circulation for a while now. I don't know when everything will be back to normal. But I do thank God that you're always there for us, your friends.

Mom'sblood sugar dropped last night. She had a small can of Coke and everything went back to normal. I'm not sure if that will work for you though.

Love ya, girl.
