Let The Children Come To Him

    Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them, because the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I assure you that whoever does not receive the Kingdom of God like a child, will never enter it. Then, He took the children in His arms, placed His hands on each of them, and blessed them (Mark 10:14-16).        I have always loved these verses, they touch my heart way down deep. As my niece Kelli, and my nephew Kevin, were growing up, their parents were not in church. But, I took them both to church, church camp, taught them songs about Jesus, and read to them from the Bible, and other books about Jesus. Now, my niece Kelli has her own son, Zach(my little man). Her, and her husband, are not in church. I am now getting the honor of teaching Zach about Jesus, singing songs about Jesus, reading the Bible, and talking about Jesus alot to him. This morning, we were singing Jesus loves me, he is so cute. Then, he picked up one of my Bibles, and he said,"Aunt Nesie, is this the Bible, that Jesus wrote for me, because He loves me"? I said, yes it is darling. He said, I want to read it to you. Of course, he is only two, he cannot quite read it yet. But, I said, go ahead, read it to me little man. He got a very serious look on his face, started flipping through the pages, stopped, and said, I am in here aunt nesie, raise your hands to the sky, yea!! He also said, that me, and uncle eddie were both in there, yea!! Bless this precious one Lord, continue to help me lead him toward You always.
