Thankful Thursday

Hello everyone, what are you thankful for today? I am thankful for church.  I have been away from church for awhile, but was able to go back Sunday. I am so happy, praising the Lord with other believers is awesome. Singing His praises, and hearing the Word preached from the lips of my Godly pastor, is such a precious blessing to my heart and soul.  Wednesday night was also a wonderful service.  Being able to pray with others, and for others, is such a sweet gift.  Several of my dear sisters, laid hands upon me, and prayed over me. Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord God Almighty. I am so honored to be able to go into His house, and praise, and worship Him. Thank You Father God.

Nothing like having a church family that surrounds you, embraces you, and lifts your needs to the Lord. So happy you were able to go!

I'm thankful for church too, Denise. I really miss it when I'm sick and can't go. I enjoy the fellowship and knowing there are people there who can pray with me...very good feeling.
I know you've had quite a time with illness, and I'm still praying for you. I'm so happy you could go! :-)

Enjoyed reading your praises today, Denise!

Thank you for sharing about the A-Z memory challenge. We are doing it here too. I printed the first verse and put it on the fridge and Caleb will read it out when he goes by sometimes. :) Have a blessed day!

We left our church about a year ago but still haven't found another. We visit various churches. I think maybe we are just waiting for the house to sell and get settled wherever our new home will be. We do also watch TV on Sundays if we don't visit one. I miss being a part of a good church community. You are blessed.

Blessings Denise,
I'm thankful for my church family back home, online and here! I miss my home church!

I can only imagine your delight! I'm so happy for you being able to start the new year in God's church, and continue going, praising, singing and hearing the Word preached. The best part is the family that surrounds you and joins you.

You are a sweet gift! Your woo hoo is music to my ears!
Your praises and grateful heart is music to His ears and stomps out the enemy.
WOO HOO! Keep stomping, girl!

I love you and love your grateful heart... I hope you are not overdoing anything.
Just getting started but have not seen you around...
you'd better write me!

Love and prayers,
Peggy
