Count Your Blessings
Everyone, count your blessings today, instead of your problems. I promise you, you will lose count. Praise God, from whom all our blessings flow. If you wake up in the morning, you have been blessed. If you can see, you are blessed. If you can walk, you are blessed. If you are able to use both arms, and both hands, you are blessed. If you can hear, you are blessed. If you can swallow, you are blessed. If you can speak, you are blessed. Come on people, realize how very blessed you are. More importantly, realize Who it is that blesses you continually. Give our Lord Jesus, the thanks that He so very much deserves. When I was in Siskin Rehab Hospital, I was on the second floor, known as the stroke floor. My heart truly went out to all the people on that floor. Some of them could not eat, because they could no longer swallow. Some had to be in a wheel chair, as I was, because they could no longer walk. Some were using walkers, or a cane. But, they never gave up, and never complained. Please, do not complain about what you do not have, instead, celebrate all that you have been blessed with.

Fearless Friday
Denise does not fear bad news, Denise confidently trust the Lord to care for her. She is confident and fearless, and can face her foes triumphantly. Psalm 112:7-8
(read that again)
(read it again and place your name in it) Hello my sweet friends, welcome to Fearless Friday. Please join me in praying for the needs of others. Kathy Crabtree passed away this week from a stroke, she was only 55. She leaves behind a husband of 30 years, and two adult daughters, and many friends. Her funeral will be tomorrow, please pray for peace, love, and strength to fill her family and friends. Please pray for my uncle Ralph, and my stepmother's father, they both have prostrate cancer. Pray for my sister Vickie, she fell and broke several of her ribs. Pray for my Dad, he is having alot of pain in his hands, and his back. His name is otis. Pray for my husband Eddie, he is stressed out over my having a stroke. I would very much appreciate your prayers for me, as I continue to recover from my recent stroke. I pray for all of those who are not saved, may they fall to their knees, and cry out to Jesus. To all those in pain, may Jesus heal them. Shouts of praise to my Lord Jesus for His continued care of me, I also praise Him for bringing my brother Jim through heart valve surgery. Thank You Lord Jesus, for all You do for everyone everyday.

Thankful Thursday
Everyone lift your hands to the sky, and give our Lord Jesus, all the praise that He so much deserves. I will never be able to thank Him enough for all His precious blessings to me, but I truly intend to try. Thank You Lord Jesus for carrying me through all the mini strokes that I had this year, I had no idea that I was having them, but You knew, and You kept me safe. Thank You Lord Jesus for being with me on Labor Day, when I had a big stroke. I could not even walk, but You carried me. Thank You Lord Jesus for being by my side as I lay in the intensive care unit of the hospital for ten days, the Doctors did not know if I was going to live or die. My blood pressure was extremely high, and my brain was swelling. You were right there, being my true Physician as always, my amazing Healer. You continually poured Your strength into my weakening body. Thank You Lord Jesus for being right by my side as they moved me to a rehab hospital. You were there the entire ten days, You never left my side, You were my partner, as I learned to walk again, dress myself, use the bathroom, take a shower, all the little day to day things that we all tend to take for granted. I love You way beyond measure Lord Jesus. I was so sad, and very scared after the stroke, not knowing what my future held, but You calmed all of my fears, and turned my sadness into happiness. As always, I may not know what my future holds, but I am very thankful Lord Jesus to know Who holds my future. My future lays very peacefully in Your loving, caring, compassionate, healing hands Lord Jesus. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

Hello My Precious Friends
Hello everyone, prayers are being said on your behalf, sending you much love, and many hugs. Sorry I have been missing for awhile, my life has really changed since the strokes. I get very tired so easily, have to stop during the day, and take a nap. My day is filled with various exercises, many for my legs, and now I also have to exercise my left hand, it is totally numb. I take an hour long walk outside everyday, I get really tired after the walk, my legs hurt, and I continue to lean toward the left. But, that is ok with me, praise God for His mercy upon me. I could have died from the stroke, or when my blood pressure was sky rocketing out of control, or when my brain started swelling, and would not stop. But, God chose to keep me here, and I will forever be thankful to Him. I love Him more and more each day that passes. Are you feeling down? Are you angry at God for some reason? Are you not feeling well, and blaming it on God? Do you feel like God has left you? My friend, God is always with you, He never leaves you, you leave Him. Cry out to Him, He loves you so very much. Believe me, I truly know this. As I laid in ICU for ten days, not knowing if I was going to live or die, I had such a sweet peace covering me. God brought me through all of this. He is giving me strength everyday to battle these strokes, He is my partner in rehab, I will survive this. To God be all the glory, now, and forever. Take care my precious friends, God and I love you all very much.
