Well, it is weigh in time once again. This week, I maintained, no gain, or loss. I remain at 154, and I am not complaining. I pray you are all doing well, and are happy. Bible Verse: I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7 My efforts to stop nibbling is not a competition. I have got to run my own race, and be thankful, when I break the tape at the end. Prayer: Help me to run my own race dear God. Amen

Denise, you are doing wonderful. Blessings dear one.
Praying for you. When I settle down I will write you about this. Keep up the good work. BTW I wrote a post. Would you mind linking to it and asking your friends to lift us up. I probably won't be able to talk to you again till tomorrow or Thursday. Thanks for the prayers and the encouragement. I love you.

A weigh-in doesn't sound like any fun at all!
For me, I notice that portion control is my major downfall. It's hard for me to accept that when a few almonds are good for me, a whole bagful may work against me. :-(((
Bless you as you continue your race. You'll get there!
Don't be discouraged. At least you didn't gain. :)
That is great Denise, you maintained hey that is a battle in itself. I have not done so well but I am working quite a bit so I sure am getting exercise....lol
Keep up the good work.
You are invited to visit my new blog, let me know what you think.
Keep up the great work Denise!
You're doing great.
Hugs,
Oh drat! I forgot to weigh in this morning before meals. I'm holding steady from last week, when I gained a pound, so I have hope that it'll be gone next week.
You're keeping me accountable. Thanks dear. Stay on course. :D
Praying for His strength to be yours always. Love and blessings.
No gain is good! Hugs!
Many blessings to you, sweet lady....
Goodmorning Denise,
I think cutting out sugar is an important first step. If you eliminate sweets, you eliminate fizzy drinks, and that leads to eliminating white bread which after you've cut out sugar tastes far too sweet.
I am tired of dieting, and this is what I have been doing. It is surprisingly freeing.
