Weekend Plans

Hello dear blogging friends, hope you are all doing well. Praying for all of you to be sweetly blessed with a wonderful weekend. Thursday was suppose to be lovebugs last day of physical therapy, but they want him to go back for a couple more sessions. He is doing really well, working so hard. They had him jogging a little bit last week, and working out in the gym on some machines. He gives it 100%, I am so proud of him. His neuro surgeon released him this week, told him as far as the spinal cord compression problem is concerned, he is released. Surgery is not necessary at this time, praise God. He also told him as far as he is concerned, lovebug can start driving again, that made lovebug so very happy. We go to see his neurologist on March 11, he is the doctor taking care of lovebugs CIDP. Lovebug is still numb from the waist down, including his feet. Please continue to pray for total healing. If the infusion treatments work, it usually shows up in about 30 days, which will be March 8. At his March 11 appointment, the Doctor is going to let lovebug know if he can go back to work on lite duty. Please pray that lovebug will be able to go back to his job doing lite duty. He hates not being able to work, and we really need the money. We love you all so very much, and appreciate your love and prayers. More good news, we will be going back to church Sunday, lovebug will be driving us. Woo Hoo!! I am so excited, can you tell??? Praise God.

Reading your blog today and know all you have been through makes me think of the song, "That's What Faith Can Do." You have lived your faith Denise, and God is bringing about the blessings! I will continue to pray and praise God for all he has done for you and all he is still going to do as well!

I'm so glad to hear that your Lovebug is being released and allowed to drive again! It still must be scary to be numb from the waist down though. I'm still praying for you guys - I hope he gets to go back to work soon. I love you!

Blessings Denise and Praise the LORD but still praying & believing for more! So thankful that he does not need surgery. I have a question...if he cannot feel from the waist down, how can he drive? I was happy and then concerned...I know this is so difficult on him and he has worked so hard...praying that feeling is restored and he can return to work!

Love you and I know you hear God speaking,
Peggy

Wonderful news from one of Eddie's doctors and a great report on his progress with PT AND being able to drive again. I'm sure he's practiced a couple of times around the complex.

God is so good.

Love you dearly.

Blessings.

Thank God that he can now drive, and has a car to drive, too! Little steps in progress and little steps of faith will eventually turn out to be a long journey of triumph with the Lord. And when it gets to be too much, He will carry you, too. God bless you both!!!
