Thankful Thursday

Hello my friends, praying that you all enjoyed your long holiday weekend, and that you are ready to give a big shout out to the Lord today for all of His gifts to you. I know I am more than ready to thank Him, I could thank Him forever, for His sweet blessings upon me, and it still would not be enough. I want to give a huge shout out of thanks to my lovebug today, he was off Saturday-Monday, but he spent that time taking care of me, and doing things around the apartment. He did the laundry, cleaned the stove, and cooked. What a blessing, what a gift from God's heart straight to my heart, and what a sweetheart. All I was able to do was lay in the bed, or on the couch. I am totally wiped out, not feeling well at all. Diabetes and thyroid together, are really taking a major toll on me. I am having bad stomach cramps, headaches, and my eyes hurt all the time. I have no energy what so ever. But, I refuse to give in, or give up, or get down, and depressed. That is what satan would love for me to do, but I will carry on, and rejoice in the middle of my trials, I want to make satan really mad, and put a huge smile on my Saviour's face. God gives me so many gifts, and I intend to use them to the fullest, for as long as He chooses for me to. Even in my darkest hours, when I am at my weakest, He is there drying my tears, and lifting my head up once again. He is my healer, again and again. I praise You Lord, for all Your gifts You daily lavish upon me. Your gifts of restoration, healing, strength, and unspeakable joy. Shout to the Lord, give Him a huge clap of praise, He alone is worthy of our praise.

You always know how to bring tears to my eyes. You are mighty in Jesus. Shining brightly through your physical suffering. Thank you, Lord, for Denise. She's beautiful. Her grateful heart blesses mine.

Please Father God bring healing and rest and comfort to her today. She's such an encouragement to many. I ask for Your hand of mercy and healing now in Jesus name. No more tears or pain. Dancing instead. Songs of joy. Thank you, Lord for Denise's life. She is precious in Your sight and in mine. I love you. And I love your girl, Denise. Hug her for me, would you? Thank you. In Jesus name I pray, Amen

Blessings Denise...oh how I love you & the beautiful light that shines from you! Your thankful heart & praise filled attitude is the BEST prescription of remedy for what ails & weakens you & stomping in the face of satan & his looser tactics...BE strong & courageous & stand firm. Keep fighting the good fight. And thank You Lord for giving Denise, her Lovebug & his devotion & servanthood. Bless him & them!

hugs, prayers & love (and to think I never knew that you'd been sick again or struggling...REST, my dear friend...from the computer too...that can make anyone's eyes weary & weak! Be wise!)

Hi My Sweet Denise,

Girl... Always, always, ALWAYS your posts are filled with true praises and thanksgiving. I could learn a lot from you about having a thankful heart.

Hug that lovebug for me. He is one amazing man. Also, Denise, I thank you from the bottom of my heart that you offered to pray for me. I don't often ask people to pray, but when I do, I am emailing you first.

I love you a ton and can't wait to finally meet you face-to-face in a few weeks. Hugs. Lynn

Oh Denise,
I have often read your responses on Anne's blog, and now am so happy to visit yours.
I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. I know a bit of the helplessness that can come with chronic illness from time to time, and it can easily overtake your will and spirit. But thank God in Heaven, His Spirit is strong and leads us to praise even when our bodies are weakened!
You are in my prayers and my thoughts. Be gentle on your body; take the time you need to heal. And yes indeed, thank God for His constant provision. He is ever faithful!
