Iris chose joy as the theme this week, how precious. The joy of the Lord is my strength, daily He puts a smile on my face, and in my heart. I feel so blessed to partake in the joy of the Lord, His joy fills me up to overflowing. Anytime I feel my tank is running low, He pours more joy in my life. I love to praise dance, it is a way of expressing my joy to the Lord. I do not dance in a praise group at church, just by myself at home. I just dance my heart out, hoping to show my deep and endless love to my Lord. He brings such joy into my life, I want to give joy back to Him. When I do not feel well, which is quite often, I hold on tightly to my joy. I refuse to let satan steal my joy, he really tries to rob me of every ounce of joy I have. But, he cannot, and will not succeed. The more satan tries to steal my joy, the more I have to be joyful for. Making satan lose, brings much joy to my heart. I will forever shout for joy, sing for joy, raise my hands for joy, and dance, dance, dance. I've got the joy, joy, joy deep down in my heart, and I will let it overflow onto others as often as I can.

Thanks Denise for reminding me that the JOY of the LORD is my strength!
I LOVE how you hold on to your JOY even when you aren't well...that inspires me & blesses me right now!
So I'll dance for JOY as soon as I can to keep that "looser" in his place & hold the LORD above in His rightful place, as the Victor over this & the one who tries to steal our joy & health & strength!
Satan bite the dust!
I'm singing & dancing with Denise to "I've got that JOY, JOY, JOY...
My husband said that on his Facebook status today. "The joy of the Lord is my strength."

Hi Denise,
I love to dance before the Lord too. He is my Joy and My strength. As always such joy when I visit you.
I am praying for Cindy's family, and feel so much sadness for them.

I love the thought of you dancing. Save a dance for me in heaven, won't you?
Iris are my favorite flower. So fragrant, and fragile, and fleeting--as life is.
Praise dancing...I love that. My girls do it all the time. I need to join them! Thanks for the reminder
Thank God for the JOY he gives us !
~ Lovely post, sweet Denise.
I've passed on your post to a friend who is encountering depression that came on suddenly. I suggested she might want to dance her praise until Satan runs and/or the joy spills out and overcomes the darkness.
Sometimes I'm guilty of not embracing the joy that is mine. You have a great list of blessings. Have a wonderful weekend!
You are such a testimony to the faith of Jesus Christ. You really are astounding. I pray the Lord heals you.
I love "I won't let Satan steal my joy". We have a co-worker who does just that. So that is a blessing to me today. Your comment was so sweet that you would ask God to continue to make me happy. You are so sweet.
The joy of the Lord shines in your life!
I love reading about how you feel despite all troubles, you are indeed a true beautiful warrior for God. May He continually bless you!!! And we are all here dancing with you through our souls!
May you have a Blessed and Joyous week!
