Here is todays question: If given the opportunity to meet fellow bloggers at a retreat with a special blogging speaker, worship, time shopping, fun, fellowship, and food, would you attend?
Probably not. See, I'm in Alaska and it's ridiculously expensive to hop a plane and go anywhere. This year my sis is having a baby and my bro-in-law is getting married and I'm not sure we'll be able to be there for those things. Sadly!
If it was a day trip close to home, yes. Otherwise, I haven't managed to steal a night away since my daughter was born 3.5 years ago! I used to love going to retreats ... ahhhh.
Well, if the meeting is held here near my hometown, I absolutely will come. But if it is faraway, out side this continent, I am sure that I can't afford to go there, except God gives me miracle. I am ready for a miracle :D:D
I really like that picture you have on your blog today. Provided all the circumstances are favorable, I probably would attend provided it wasn't during the school year. :)
Well yes I would and just did actually! Sue from Praise and Coffee invited us all down to a town nearby to do a retreat in a box with Beth Moore! It was a wonderful weekend!

Because my hubby is in real estate and my son isn't at the age where he can take care of himself, I wouldn't be able to attend

It would depend on where it was held. I probably would not be able to justify the expense of travelling to far.

It would depend on when, where, cost, etc. I love the thought of going to something like that, but for me, right now, I'm not sure it's practical.
